We offer these class descriptions so that you feel comfortable in class and know roughly what to expect, but if you are new to the practice and still want to give any class a go we WELCOME YOU! You do not have to be a certain level to go to any class, get stuck in and rest when you want to, take the pressure off any enjoy the experience!
Although speed and amount of poses vary in each style of class, there are benefits and challenges to each - it's a bit like asking which vegetable is better for you - carrot or broccoli :D They are different! Even if you are very experienced at yoga, you should do slow classes to relax, and if you are brand new to yoga, its great to try powerful classes - essentially do what you want.
